ON-LINE PURCHASING CONDITIONS
All the purchases that are realized across the portal of ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. are subject to the general conditions gathered in the legal notice. The General Conditions prevail over the Conditions of Purchase On-line.
All products and services are subject to the following conditions. By purchasing on this website, you automatically accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
The present conditions constitute integrally the agreed thing between the parts in the referring thing to the transactions on-line of buying and selling between ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. and its clients.
ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. is authorized to modify unilaterally all and each one of the obligations arranged in the present conditions, without need of previous warning. Equally it is qualified to restructure, to modify or to eliminate any information, service or content included in the Portal, without need of previous warning.
A purchase is not definitive until it is accepted by ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being able to return the amount satisfied by the client and being exempt from any other obligation.
The Portal does not require prior subscription for simple browsing, access or use of the service in question. On the contrary, for access to certain content and services, prior subscription and the corresponding registration as a User (hereinafter referred to as a Registered User) will be required.
- User Registration
In accordance with the arranged thing previously, ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. reserves some of the Services offered through the Portal to the Registered Users of ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. by means of the cumplimentación of the corresponding form of registry of Users.
The User undertakes to select, use and keep his or her user name or "login" and password (hereinafter collectively the "Access Keys") in accordance with the provisions of the following clauses.
Assignment of Access Keys
The User shall have the option to choose and indicate his or her own access password. The User will not be able to choose the User Name in any other way than being a valid e-mail address, through which we will communicate with the User.
Use and Custody
The User undertakes to make lawful and diligent use of the Access Key and not to make the Access Key available to third parties.
The User promises to communicate reliably to the Webmaster of ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. as soon as possible, the loss or theft of the Passwords of Access as well as any risk of access to the same ones by a third party.
The Password of Access will only be able to be used by the Users to which it has been assigned. ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. is exonerated of any type of responsibility that can be accrued by the damages and damages caused or suffered by the fraudulent use or lack of diligence in the guard and custody of the Password of Access, loss or use contravening the arranged thing in these Conditions.
- Products
The information provided should not be considered at any time neither complete nor exhaustive due to the wide range of products and services in the sector. ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. on the other hand will try as far as possible to constantly update the prices of the products by means of a constant communication with the suppliers and manufacturers.
ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. manifests that the offered product usually corresponds with the photography. Nevertheless it is exonerated of responsibility for those assumptions in which by technical or human errors there were mistakes or variations between the photography and the price. It is also made clear that the photographs are merely indicative and there may be variations in terms of physical appearance but without undermining the integrity and performance of the product ordered.
ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. is exonerated of the contents, information, opinions or commentaries spread through its vestibule nor will respond of the use that the User makes of that information.
- Price list
The price of the products is in EUROS and includes the applicable taxes according to the Spanish Legislation. The final purchase summary shows the final or total price of the purchase, indicating the amount corresponding to the price of the specific product and the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes.
Based on its commercial policy, ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. will be able to make final variations of the price either by loyalty, by acquisition of products of certain entity or relevance as well as others that can stipulate ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. in its due moment. Nevertheless, it will be ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. who freely and voluntarily offers these discounts and/or reductions, to whom it considers opportune, not being able to be demanded nor requested at any moment by the client.
Prices do not include shipping costs. Prices are valid except for typing errors. All sales are made with the corresponding invoice. Products are available for sale while stocks last.
The prices shown may be revised and modified at any time by ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L.
Once verified the payment will begin on the part of ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. the processing of the order.
- Payment
Once inside your account you will see your shopping cart and then you must click on "Confirm order" and you will go to Shipping and Payment. In this part you must specify whether you want the order to be sent to your registered address or to a different one, and then make the payment according to the chosen method, by clicking on "Finish order". Once the payment has been completed, you will see the order registration confirmation and you will immediately receive this confirmation by e-mail.
Payment by credit card is made through a payment gateway with a secure server of BANCO SABADELL. No credit card details are stored in our database at any time. These data are always processed by the bank.
- Shipping
ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. will not send any product until the Administration Department has verified that the payment has been made.
Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place as soon as the carrier has placed the products at the customer's disposal and the customer has signed the delivery acceptance document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the products on receipt and to state any reservations and complaints that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.
ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. will send the products by the means that it considers opportune to fulfill its commitments.
If the order cannot be delivered in the direction that has indicated to us, due to that there is nobody in the domicile or error in the direction, ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. or the transporter, will put in touch with you to agree like realizing the delivery.
Shipping costs
A shipping charge will be applied depending on the delivery zone selected. Nevertheless, ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L.RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT for especially heavy or bulky orders. In case this happens and the client is not interested in formalizing the order with the indicated shipping costs, the amount paid will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. will be exempt of any other commitment or obligation with the client.
Shipping costs for orders in mainland Spain and non-insular Portugal will be 7,50€ tax included. Orders over 99€ tax included and excluding shipping costs, will be shipped in mainland Spain and non-insular Portugal with FREE shipping costs.
Delivery time
Generally, an order is shipped (leaves our offices for destination) on the next business day for orders for which proof of payment has been sent to us before 12:00 noon. If proof of payment is sent after this time, two working days later. Delivery at destination will be made depending on the destination area. In mainland Spain, it will be the working day following the day of dispatch. However, these deadlines are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our company. ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. does not commit itself to any certain delivery time, since the process of shipment depends on third parties.
If a delivery is going to take more than 7 working days, ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. will contact the customer to inform him and give him the option to cancel the order and receive his money back immediately by bank transfer.
Lack of stock
On our website we only offer for sale products in stock, either in our own warehouse or in the warehouse of an entity, manufacturer or wholesaler that allows us to serve the product in the time described as delivery time. However, the synchronisation of the website with the warehouses is not instantaneous. In addition, in the period of time between a customer registering an order on the portal until we receive and process the proof of payment, some products may run out of stock. Therefore, there may be isolated cases in which we are unable to deliver an order due to lack of stock.
When it is not possible to serve a product for lack of stock, ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. will contact with the client to communicate it to him, to cancel the order and to return him his money immediately by bank transfer.
Breaks
In the event of breakage in transport, the buyer must inform ADEGA LAUREATUS at the time of receipt, who will proceed to identical shipment to that requested by the customer within the deadlines referred to in point E) at no additional cost to the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
To exercise the right of withdrawal regarding products purchased on www.laureatus.es, you must express your unequivocal decision to withdraw from the contract, within 7 working days, by contacting ADEGA LAUREATUS in the email gestión@laureatus.es directly or by filling out and submitting a contact form on the web.
The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been exercised within the deadline when you have sent us the communication concerning the exercise of this right before the end of the corresponding period, in the terms indicated above.
Consequences of the withdrawal: Once verified the exercise of the right of withdrawal on the part of the buyer in term, ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. will return, in a maximum term of 30 days to counting from the reception of the merchandise of return in our facilities, all the amounts paid by the buyer without retention of expenses, except the expenses of shipment and return of the product to ADEGA LAUREATUS, that will run in any case at the expense of the client and will be discounted of the amount to reimburse. They will not be accepted shipments of returns or exchanges to postage due.
In all cases, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, if applicable, included. If this is not the case, the withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Returns due to negligence, knocks, misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.

ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L. guarantees the quality of its products, in the terms established by the legislation in force in Spain.
JURISDICTION, VENUE AND LAW
The parts are put under, for the resolution of the conflicts and with resignation to any other jurisdiction, to the courts and courts of the domicile of ADEGA LAUREATUS, S.L.
