VARIETY: 100% Albariño


WINEMAKING: Grapes selected due to its acidity and sugarness. The whole grape is crushed in a pneumatic press, fermented at low pressure and at 64,4ºF of temperature. Afterwards, we proceed to mix the contents from different tanks, clarifying and stabilizing the wine at refrigerated temperature with the purpose of avoiding falls in the bottles. Once it is stabilized and passed analytic and tasting controls by the Regulatory Council, it is bottled in an inert and sterilized atmosphere.
All the process is carried out in stainless steel tanks with 6.000 litres capacity. The wine is only stabilized and bottled according to the market demand.


Presents a bright lemon yellow, very elegant and fine bubbles.

Intense and sharp aroma, citrus notes of mandarin and lemon, fruity notes combined with tropical type pineapple, mango and avocado, and others like melon and peach.


Well integrated fresh input, balanced acidity and presents long, persistent, well structured and with a fresh and fruity aftertaste that makes it very attractive.
